How to save Microsoft Office word document as PDF or XPS format

Sometimes we need to save Microsoft Office word document as PDF or XPS format.To get this feature you need to download a add-ins. You can download it from here.
STEP 1: Install this add-ins.

STEP 2: Click home button then Save as > Pdf or Xps.

STEP 3: A save as window wiil open.

 then you give a file name and click publish.
